We love being a welcoming community space, and the safety of our guests, staff, and property is extremely important to us. To ensure everyone has a positive experience, we strictly enforce the following policy:
Children must be directly supervised by a responsible adult at all times while on our property.
Children may not be left unattended anywhere on the premises.
Children must remain seated at the table with their supervising adult.
No climbing, running, or playing on walls, the stage, garden beds, or anywhere on the property.
Failure to follow these rules will result in being asked to close your tab and leave immediately. These policies are non-negotiable and are in place for everyone’s safety.

Well-behaved pets are welcome with the following guidelines:
Pets must remain leashed and under control of their owner at all times.
Pets are permitted on the patio only and are not allowed indoors.
Aggressive, disruptive, or uncontrolled pets will be asked to leave the patio immediately.
Potty stations are located off our property. If your pet relieves themselves on our premises, it is your responsibility to clean up after them and dispose of waste in the trash receptacles provided.

Outside Food & Beverage Policy
Per Colorado state liquor regulations and brewpub licensing requirements, outside food and beverages are not permitted on Mountain Merman Brewery property.
This includes:
All outside alcoholic beverages, regardless of whether containers are open, sealed, bagged, or intended for later consumption
Outside non-alcoholic beverages
Outside restaurant or prepared food
Limited exceptions may be made for small personal grocery items, baby food, or medically necessary items at staff discretion.
Outside food or beverages may jeopardize our liquor license and our ability to operate.
If outside food or beverages are brought onto the property, guests will be asked to immediately remove the items from the premises. Failure to comply may result in refusal of service and/or being asked to leave.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a safe, respectful, and compliant environment for all guests and staff.

We’re excited to welcome Trivia League back to the taproom!
Join us every other Thursday for a classic pub quiz—play weekly to climb the standings, or drop in anytime and compete for the night.
Each game follows a Trivial Pursuit–style format with a mix of categories, including:
Geography, History, Science & Nature, Movies & TV, Music, Literature, Sports, General Knowledge (and the occasional curveball) and more!
No themes—just well-rounded, fair, and fun questions every week.

At Mountain Merman, we brew small-batch, experimental, and traditional-style ales with creativity at the core. Our beer lineup is built on thoughtfully paired grains, unique hops and yeast strains, and a constant desire to try something new.
Our 3.5-barrel brewhouse lets us rotate fresh releases often — keeping our tap list exciting with everything from classic favorites to unexpected collaborations and limited-run beers.
We also serve handcrafted cocktails, Colorado-made spirits, a curated selection of other beverages (including several non-alcoholic options), local Gub Gub’s pizza and a variety of bar snacks. No matter your taste, we strive to have something for everyone at Mountain Merman.
